Openings are available for both 1st and 3rd shift teams. Please note that this position is not eligible for benefits. **As a part-time general laborer at the entry level, you will:** + Select your availability each month + Work as few as 2 days per month + Engage in 12-hour shifts with no swing shifts + Have opportunities for growth + Access an on-site company store featuring Nestlé products + Earn $20.52 per hour for 1st shift + Earn $22.02 per hour for 3rd shift, including a shift premium **Position Summary** Production laborers are entry-level roles responsible for operating departmental equipment essential for production, packaging, and bakery tasks. This includes producing high-quality pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other assigned duties. There are opportunities for advancement within the first 12 months to machine operator positions, both as primary and backup roles. **What will contribute to your success** The ideal candidate will possess basic English communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, basic math skills, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
