What you will get:
BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! You are required to work at least 20 hours per week in 5-hour blocks, with a maximum of 32 hours per pay period. Hours can be scheduled during the day or evening shifts.Part-Time Benefit ProgramStarting Pay Rate: $18.90/hour.No need to ask for days off - you build your own schedule within the guidelines noted above.What you will do:
You will work in either assembly, paint or warehouse functional areas to safely build excavators or small track-type tractors.As a FLEX Assembler, you will:
Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination. Use industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.As a FLEX Paint Technician, you will:
Complete various paint roles which can include masker/demasker, load/unload, caulker, pre-inspection, blow off operator or shot blast operator.As a FLEX Warehouse Associate, you will:
Perform material handling and warehousing functions.Order fill, process, store and pick parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.Conduct basic quality assessment of parts for damage and defects.Additionally, you will work from a variety of documents to verify part numbers, part locations and quantities.Basic Qualifications:

Summary Pay Range:
$18.90 - $23.65Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
