Volt is immediately hiring for Flex Manufacturing Operators (2nd & 3rd shift ) in Santa Clara, CA. 

 

***  No Experience Required/ Entry Level / Long team assignment *** 

 

As a Flex Operator you will:

Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production flow. Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety and quality standards. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes.

 

Second shift: Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm 

Third shift:    Monday to Friday 10 pm to 6:30 am. 

 

This is a Full Time opportunity.

 

The Ideal candidate will have: 

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

 

Pay Rate: <21.00.XX - $25.00 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
