Our client, a leading organization in fleet management and vehicle operations, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Fleet Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting fleet maintenance, monitoring, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Specialist

Location: Atwater, CA

Pay Range: 45/hr. 
Shift: Tues-Sat 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

Coordinate vehicle repair scheduling and optimize repair timelines to ensure fleet readiness. Monitor fleet health by reviewing open issues and developing actionable plans for resolution. Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and maintenance activities. Assist in creating technical documentation and support reporting on fleet performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs and improve operational workflows.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
