Job Description:
The Fleet Specialist is accountable for the administrative support required to deliver Fleet Services and Support processes. The position reports to the Senior Director, Safety, Fleet and Risk Management and works cross functionally internally and with various suppliers - any of whom could be stakeholders or customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support driver safety and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and Motor Vehicle Act regulations.
Manage licensing, registrations, permits, and inspections for fleet vehicles.
Coordinate vendor services for drivers, including repairs, tows, rentals, and vehicle transport.
Administer fleet management systems (Element).
Review invoices, manage budget data, ensure accurate cost coding, and track fleet financial reporting (CAPEX).
Make purchasing and transactional decisions on behalf of the company, including:
Vehicle repairs, up fitting, and transports to market
Retirement/sale of company assets
Maintenance requests up to $1,500
Supply purchases
Vendor relations and day-to-day transactions
Provide administrative support for fleet operations including inventory, fuel and maintenance cards, vehicle acquisition/disposal, taxable benefits, and safety initiatives.
Work in tandem with Safety, Risk Management, Legal, and Human Resources to support compliance and company objectives.
Oversee branding consistency across the fleet, including use of company trademarks and identifiers.
Perform other fleet-related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team building and relationship skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Risk management experience preferred
Working knowledge and experience with a fleet management system and Element/CEI applications preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check in accordance with Cambria's standards
Minimum Requirements:
Education: College degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with DOT compliance for commercial fleets and a minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with vendors and service providers
Systems: Proficient with computer systems and related programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Tableau

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel Requirements: Travel between local Cambria locations in a company-owned vehicle
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
