Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:30-17:30/10:00-18:00)

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nPro-actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles in line with brands requirements\nProvide detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings\nUpdate the brands throughout the month to ensure their ordering, registration and de-fleet targets are met and on time\nWork with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets\nSupporting employee loan program, booking and communicating with the VW brand, booking and handovers onsite at Knowlhill (Milton Keynes) for VWG California program\nProcess the post and chase PCNS / Fines. V5 Management\nOrdering and Registering vehicles \n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nFleet management or experience would be desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided\nStrong Customer Service experience is essential (Experienced with inbound and outbound calls and emails)\nData analysis experience with excellent attention to detail\nStrong Administration skills\nExcellent communication skills both verbally\nPresentation skills\nConfident to present data and information to customer/stakeholders\n\n
