Desired Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented, organized, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel. Strong ability to follow up with emails and phone calls. Ability to motivate and lead a team. Able to work with all levels of management.
Duties and Comments:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the CSRs. Manage all CSR weekly schedules, time off, etc. Ensure the team is performing to meet goals. Define clear team objectives. Create actionable plans and strategies to achieve goals and improve efficiency. Interview, hire and provide training opportunities for the team. Address and mediate and customer grievances.
