Purpose of the role: As a **Fleet Regional Operations Associate** , you will partner with leadership to manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. You will serve as a key liaison between Leasing Companies (LCs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and internal Johnson & Johnson teams.
