We are building a **new global fleet function** and looking for **4** **dynamic professionals** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact, collaborate across regions, and drive operational excellence. Purpose of the role: As a **Fleet Regional Operations Associate** , you will partner with leadership to manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. You will serve as a key liaison between Leasing Companies (LCs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and internal Johnson & Johnson teams. We are seeking **adaptable, flexible, and open-minded individuals** who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to building a global function from the ground up. **Your** **Key Responsibilities** **will be:** + Coordinate daily fleet activities (e.g., vehicle delivery and return, maintenance, repairs) to ensure operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for fleet-eligible employees. + Act as a primary contact and liaison between LCs, FMCs, OEMs, vendors, and internal J&J functions tomaintainstrong relationships and resolve issues. + Balance local business needs with J&J’s global fleet strategy by collaborating with internal stakeholders on forecasting, vehicle specifications, and operational requirements. + Support implementation of strategies and process improvements to drive cost-effective and efficient fleet operations. + Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and service level agreements to ensure quality and compliance. + Analyze regional fleet performance data and provide insights tooptimizecosts and efficiency. + Resolve escalations from fleet-eligible employees (e.g., maintenance issues, pool car availability, vehicle replacement). + Provide regular updates on regional fleet activities, risks, and challenges to the GS Fleet Operations Manager. **Qualification/Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or related roles. + Proven experience managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs, and suppliers, witha track recordof meeting KPIs. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. + In-depth knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulationswithing EMEA. + Excellent written and spoken **English is** **required** ;additionalEuropeanlanguages such as **Italian** areadvantage. + Ability to adapt quickly, work flexibly, and collaborate effectively in a global, evolving environment. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of building a global fleet function from the ground up. + Work in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment. + Drive meaningful impact across regions and functions. **Required Skills:** Communication, Fleet Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management **Preferred Skills:** Agile Decision Making, Agility Jumps, Analytical Thinking, Analytics Insights, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Organizational Project Management, Organizing, Process Improvements, Program Management
