This environment offers endless career opportunities for individuals interested in sharing their ideas, growing with the company and shaping TA’s future. **Summary** The **Fleet Project Advisor** will be a key member of the Transformation and Project Management team, which is responsible for strategic initiatives that lead to improved operations, customer satisfaction, and sales growth within the US fleet mobility business. This is a hybrid role (currently 60% in office) based at our Westlake, OH support center. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Support cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment w/ business goals. + Complete monthly rebate process, including rebate setups, calculations, and distribution. + Collaborate with pricing advisors and account managers to develop pricing programs. + Review fleet performance and provide strategic recommendations for revenue and margin growth. + Identify opportunities for process improvement that lead to time/cost savings while following safety standards. + Respond to internal and external customer requests in a timely and professional manner. + Ensure bp’s safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the Believe in Zero safety philosophy. **Qualifications** + Understanding of US trucking market preferred. + Understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices preferred. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills required. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in other Office programs required. + Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI preferred). + Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly. + Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize work accordingly. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. **With us, you’ll enjoy:** + Competitive wages and annual bonus opportunity + Medical, dental, vision and life insurance + 401(k) with a company match + Paid vacation and holidays + Tuition reimbursement + Opportunity for growth and advancement with company paid training Not all benefit plans are available to all team members.
