The Fleet Mobility KAM is responsible for the end-to-end management and growth of Goodyear’s commercial fleet accounts in Portugal. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans, promoting Goodyear’s Total Mobility solutions, and supporting fleet clients in optimizing their operations. The role requires actively consulting with customers to identify business improvements, resolving operational challenges, and leveraging Goodyear’s products, services, and telematics solutions to drive efficiency and sustainability. The KAM will also monitor account performance, manage budgets for fleet projects, and collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear’s Total Mobility solutions to optimize fleet operations and sustainability.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large and medium-sized fleets across Portugal.
+ Apply solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear’s products, services, and Total Mobility offerings with customer objectives.
+ Act as a trusted consultant to identify business improvements, propose solutions, and resolve operational challenges.
+ Proactively identify new business opportunities, promoting Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative, efficient, and flexible solutions.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Proven experience in fleet management, B2B account management, tire or telematics sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
+ Strong solution-selling skills with the ability to tailor products and services to customer needs.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
+ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
+ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
**Location and Travel**
+ Based in Porto, Portugal
+ Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
