About this RoleFlare Construction, LLC is hiring a Shop Mechanic to join our Fleet Services team at our Coalville, UT yard. This is a home-based position — you work regular shop hours, build deep familiarity with our fleet, and serve as the backbone of equipment readiness for our Civil and Gas Division project crews.

What You'll Do Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and heavy construction equipment: oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, lubrication, and inspectionsDiagnose and assist with repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems under guidance from senior mechanicsPrepare and stage equipment for field deployment; verify readiness checklists before release to project sitesMaintain accurate service records and work orders in the fleet management systemKeep the shop organized, clean, stocked, and in safe working conditionAssist with parts procurement and inventory managementParticipate in required training and certification programs to advance toward Mechanic II What You'll BringRequired

Preferred
