**JOB SUMMARY**
Overview:
**Lehigh Valley, a DFA Dairy Brands Company in Lansdale, PA is seeking Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Tractors, Refrigerated Trailers, and Refrigerated Trucks.**

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
+ Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles and transport refrigeration vehicles.
+ Routine Maintenance, oil changes, electrical services, and lubrication.
+ Assist with addressing pending vehicle repairs.
+ Maintain equipment to desired performance levels.
+ Accurately record time, parts, and PM inspection checklists.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all fleet vehicles including refrigeration units.
+ Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance services.
+ Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or faulty parts. Install and adjust new and repaired parts. Including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, differentials, drive lines, suspensions, lighting systems, DEF systems, exhaust systems.
+ Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
**OUR MECHANICS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE:**
+ Earn annual salary of up to $85000 including overtime.
+ Possible hourly premium for certification including state inspection, Class A CDL and refrigeration certificate.
+ This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000. Paid in three installments during the first year of employment. $1,250 after 3 months of employment $1,250 after 6 months of employment and $2,500 after completing one year of employment.

**Requirements**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
+ Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
+ Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach and crawl and possibly sit for virtually the entire shift
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others
+ Must be able to work in a dusty, greasy environment, with moderate noise and cold and hot temperature ranges
+ Must be able to follow all required work safe practices
+ Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
+ 2 years of experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty vehicles
