Manage fleet inventory and ensure vehicles are sales-ready at all timesEnsure all vehicles are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM (if applicable), Buyer’s Guides, and warranty disclosuresAssist customers by presenting purchase terms and helping them select vehicles that meet their needsEnsure deliveries meet the highest standards and create a smooth, positive customer experienceMaintain complete customer satisfaction and proactively eliminate any confusion during the sales processServe as a product knowledge expert and support the sales team as neededAccurately log customer interactions and activity in the Performance DashboardMaintain precise records and customer counts

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $15,000.00 to $25,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
