Fleet Manager Job ID 243536 Posted 23-Oct-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the Role** As a CBRE Fleet Manager, you will oversee a nationwide fleet of 300 vehicles, including EVs, vans, and tech trucks, serving as the primary point of contact for all driver inquiries. This analytical role is responsible for comprehensive cost management, detailed reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key duties include managing vehicle repairs, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate fleet databases. The Fleet Manager will apply their expertise to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to optimize fleet operations and efficiency. **What You’ll Do** Forecast and plan for new and replacement vehicle needs. Work with sales, transitions and account representatives to determine demand over the next year. Analyze and make recommendations on the most effective vehicle solutions through continuous evaluation and optimization of vehicles, packaging, vehicle vendors, and operating costs. Collaborate with the corporate fleet team to ensure system setup and accurate insurance information. Coordinate with various managers and the corporate fleet team as needed. Lead fleet costs and reporting. Serve as the first point of contact for all driver questions, including those from technicians and other fleet managers. Supervise database management, repairs, insurance, and compliance. Analyze information to develop insights and make recommendations. Coordinate with Sourcing and Operations to acquire new and replacement vehicles, fit out and maintenance packages, and ensures that all are used appropriately. Evaluate maintenance service plans and makes recommendations based on coordination with operations leaders. Work with risk management to ensure alignment between vehicles, drivers, and risk programs. **What You’ll Need** High School diploma or General Education Degree required with minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Previous experience in fleet vehicle management and vehicle mechanics and maintenance preferred. Possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License if/when travel is required. May travel up to 10%. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. The minimum salary for the Fleet Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Fleet Manager position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
