This is a senior shore-based role, combining technical fleet management, operational leadership, and strategic oversight, with a clear pathway to Managing Director within 3–4 years.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a specialised offshore fleet Oversee maintenance planning, technical upgrades, budgeting, and compliance with maritime regulations Optimise vessel deployment and operational performance in collaboration with engineering, operations, and project teams Provide leadership to both offshore and onshore teams Travel and flexibility required to meet the dynamic demands of offshore operations Candidate Requirements
