**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Fleet Sr. Analyst, you will oversee the coordination of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform advanced fleet-related tasks in reference to record keeping, resolving disputes, updating contract terms, and confirm the length of contracts. Update the tracking system with changes and extension information.
+ Understand the commercial model of the client account and track spending in an organized manner.
+ Maintain accurate records of vehicles. This includes servicing, mileage, driver logs, etc.
+ Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork.
+ Create and complete complex templates, updates, and approvals for vehicle-related requests while following the client’s internal process. Provide reports as needed.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Fleet Sr. Analyst position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $115,000 annually [or $55.29 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
