ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Executive team with fleet administration and oversight Manage fleet readiness through inspections, preventative maintenance, and compliance with EMCOR Fleet and Driver Program Ensure timely, high-quality equipment repairs Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, inspections, taxes, and regulatory requirements Assist Operations team with equipment-related issues Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities Maintain clean, safe working conditions for facility and equipment Communicate with leadership to align fleet operations with company needs Track and manage equipment sent to external vendors for repair Lead pre-shift and regular meetings with employees and Operations team Support HR with driver recruitment, discipline, and termination Collaborate with Safety and other departments on incident investigations Utilize telematics and vehicle technology platforms Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies Manage vehicle licensing, registration, and insurance Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch personnel Provide transparent reporting on fleet spending, risks, and performance to support EMCOR goalsQUALIFICATIONS

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years of fleet/vehicle maintenance experience; construction industry background preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong prioritization skills in a decentralized work environment Demonstrated ability to communicate with both drivers, colleagues, and senior leadership Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrate willingness to learn applicable health and safety regulations, new systems and other pertinent industry practices. Familiar with fleet software, including telematics, maintenance software, etc. Possession of a valid Driver’s License required; CDL and ability to operate trucks a plusPHYSICAL DEMANDS
