Join our Fleet team as a Program Manager I where you'll drive operational excellence in fleet safety, availability, and utilization across Amazon's last mile delivery network. In this impactful role, you'll partner directly with regions and delivery stations to develop and implement solutions focused on fleet management. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive fleet calibrations, defining feedback strategies, and executing action plans that directly improve our delivery capabilities.

A day in the life
Your day begins with fleet calibrations at delivery stations, visually inspecting vehicles and collecting data to inform improvement strategies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback and training that enhances fleet performance. Throughout the day, you'll execute and follow up on action plans, track progress against key metrics, and prepare documentation for business reviews.
