This is your chance to make an impact while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.   What You’ll Do: Manage and oversee all shop maintenance and repair operations. Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs. Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance staff. Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to support fleet operations. Oversee the ordering and purchasing of repair parts, equipment, and supplies.   What You Bring to the Table: Expertise in diesel and trailer repair. Proven track record in diesel service management.
