Fleet Maintenance Logistics Administrator (Hybrid Role)
Position OverviewThis position, Fleet Maintenance Logistics Administrator for the Fleet Service Center (FSC), is part of a national call center team that supports the repair and recovery of tractor & trailer assets in the field.

Job DescriptionMonday-Friday 1st shift( Flexible 6am, 7am, or 8am EST start time) In office some days, remote all othersBenefits start on day one!Pay rate - $23/hr, depending on experience

Description

Create the daily Out-of-Service lists for repair vendorsOpen/Create Repair Orders in TMT/AMSMonitor Tire Care processes for assigned yard(s)Asset damage investigation and identification for managementVendor invoice work flow with FSC ClerksCover Shop Managers work flows as directedResponsible for scheduling warranty and campaign repairs as neededAdd/Remove assets to/from OOS in Yard Management Systems as neededActively seek system and process improvementsAssist with system testing to ensure SOP complianceCrosstrain clerks and support staffSupport corporate projects related to parts & service sourcing to maintain fleet assets in alignment with the fleet asset replacement strategy agreementsOther administrative duties as assignedTravel Required:No

Skills

Specialized Knowledge : MS Office, Yard and Maintenance Management Programs (YMS, C3, Wherenet, etc), DOT regulations, Commercial Truck ComponentsSpecial Skills : Microsoft Excel plus strong analytical and organization skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Works well in team setting via a remote setting, as well as under minimal instruction.Physical abilities: :Other: : Ability to travel (rarely) to other locations to support company initiatives.
