(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience + OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience + OR equivalent experience. + 7+ years of experience of technical or management leadership as a Datacenter platform manager or software engineering manager or validation/debug organization manager or equivalent industry datacenter debug leadership positions. + Deep understanding of debug systems and methodologies used in datacenters, modern computer architectures or System on Chip features like virtualization technologies or major architectural blocks like Memory Controllers or Central Processing Units or Storage or Networking solutions for Cloud or Datacenter infrastructures. + Deep understanding of leadership and management practices and demonstrated success and experience in leading technical debug deep dives on potential software or hardware bugs in large scale datacenter infrastructure, cloud native systems, or virtualization technologies. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
