Job Title: Fleet and Fixed Asset Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-driven Fleet and Fixed Asset Administrator with strong Excel skills, vehicle tracking experience, and the ability to manage compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Check in vehicles and maintain an accurate vehicle database for tracking purposes.Receive and scrap vehicles as needed.Coordinate vehicle validation scheduling to ensure timely processing.Manage insurance and registration tasks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Generate monthly usage reports and interface with legal teams for compliance.Track all fixed assets and improve the tracking system for accuracy.Manage the sign-in and sign-out process of fixed assets.Adhere to the current disposal process for outdated or unnecessary assets.Maintain accurate inventory information and interface with finance for assessing residual value.

Essential Skills

Bachelors or associates degree Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to process, interpret, and present data findings clearly.Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.1+ years of administration and coordinating experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.Familiarity with advanced Excel features including pivot tables, IF formulas, and VLOOKUPs.Experience in administrative support, logistics, data entry, and fleet management.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite with working hours from 8am to 5pm. It offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large OEM, providing a long-term open-ended contract.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ypsilanti, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
