This role involves processing dealer paperwork in compliance with customer service level agreements. The position also requires managing and updating work orders through a third-party vendor system.
Responsibilities
+ Process invoices and manage them for customers.
+ Utilize SAP to monitor work orders.
+ Maintain open communication between dealers and Home Depot via timely email responses.
+ Address dealer inquiries regarding rentals, invoices, quotes, and IVR system usage difficulties.
+ Collaborate with the Fleet Services team to resolve processing issues.
+ Generate and provide routine communications using SAP and Excel.
+ Distribute and maintain preventive maintenance notifications for dealers.
+ Respond to requests from Home Depot and USPS Corporate.
+ Load work orders in SAP for the billing department.
+ Communicate with dealers who are not compliant with contracted agreements.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in invoicing software such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Knowledge of Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and Formulas.
+ 1+ year of administrative experience in the most recent role.
+ Prior invoicing experience.
+ Familiarity with Purchase Orders.
Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing facility that produces forklifts and industrial lift equipment. The individual will work 8 hours between 7am and 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. The role includes a cubical workspace and operates on a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday to Wednesday, and remote work Thursday and Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
