Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $35-36/hourLocation: Houston, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hoursAssignment Duration: 12 months+ Benefits: Comprehenisive insurance and 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Work closely with the fleet services provider to manage the Company's costs regarding vehicle as well as run reports with responsibilities to include (1-3 yrs. of experience):Assist the corporate fleet manager with responsibility for ordering, registrations, transfer, and disposalAdvise and instruct company drivers regarding vehicle policiesEnsure compliance with standard fleet maintenance proceduresCoordinate registration & initial tag and title and tag renewalsReview and run reports such as fuel, mileage, and preventative maintenance, etc Assist Fleet Manager and field employees with day to day operations.Maintain and update driver data and vehicle dataCoordinate new hires and terminations-MVR, CBT and fuel pin. Maintain toll tag information for all vehiclesAnalyze information gathering, organization, multi-tasking, coordinating tasks with other groups both internal and external, good writing and computer applications skills are required Qualifications Strong organizational skillsA minimum of 1-3 years experience in administration or fleet management for an oil & gas companyExtensive experience with Microsoft Officeis preferredMust be a self-starter and able to work both independently and with others in the organizationAbility to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization (operations and contractors), both verbally and in writingHigh school diploma or GED required
