Fleet Administrator
As Fleet Administrator, you’ll get to use your computer savvy and your experience in transportation or logistics to track fleet information and to validate invoices. You’ll collect data from multiple sources, set up and maintain asset databases, analyze this date, and create/distribute reports. This entails coordinating with field personnel to collect and maintain accurate fleet asset information. You’ll help create reports and dashboards, create deployment plans and track the progress, and you’ll help manage transportation and logistics projects. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to learn formal project management skills and techniques that you’ll use for the rest of your career. We have an outstanding record of growth and internal mobility. We are looking for a self-starter and independent worker. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal Supervision. Our qualified candidate must have EITHER: A high school diploma or GED with minimum 3 years of experience in a transportation and logistics function OR An Associates degree in transportation, logistics or supply chain with minimum 1 year(s) of experience in a transportation and logistics function Preferred qualifications include: · Proficiency using Excel including setting up spreadsheets/formula, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and data cleaning skills (manipulating strings/dates) · Knowledge of SQL · Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. · Ability to anticipate customer needs, proactively meet those needs and initiate actions to increase customer satisfaction · Ability to work independently under minimal supervision · Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English across functions Should be able to run analysis of operational data independently and with little supervision.
