Now Hiring: Fleet Administrative Assistant
Location: Schenectady, NY 12305
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our fleet operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch fleet vehicles for service and repairs

Coordinate with vendors and customers

Manage maintenance schedules, parts orders, and payroll preparation

Maintain accurate fleet data and generate reports

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and staff

Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative experience

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in the fleet or trucking industry is a plus
