In this pivotal role, you'll ensure customers are billed correctly and on time, supporting key business functions and contributing to smooth financial processes during a vital transition period. **What you’ll do:** + Manage and monitor billing triggers to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation. + Review contracts and service activations to validate billing events and timing. + Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. + Audit billing triggers and related data, preventing errors and ensuring compliance. + Respond to inquiries about billing status and trigger issues. + Document and update billing procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement. **What you’ll need:** + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Analytical mindset and efficient problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. **What you’ll bring:** + Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations. + Proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft Excel. + Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. + Familiarity with process automation, system integrations, or revenue recognition standards.
