FIXED TERM 12 months - Sr. Customer Service Coordinator
What makes this a great opportunity?

This is an operational role within the customer service team. This position is limited (fixed-term) to 12 months.

 

•    Position will be part of the Supply Chain Fulfillment Team German & Northern Europe reporting to the Senior Customer Collaboration Manager Germany & Northern Europe

•    Position will be responsible for Northern Europe (NE) customer service OTC daily business duties (sales order management, customer outbound, claim handling)

•    This role will be the SAP Key-User for the GER & NE Customer Service and Master Data Team 
•    This role will further drive our automation journey for GER & NE

o    EDI (Order/Invoice)
o    DESADV
o    ESKER (Order/Claims)

•    This role will interface with the Supply Network Planning Team, with third party logistics stakeholders and distributors, Commercial Manager & Finance.

Role Responsibilities

•    Order management (Availability and plausibility check, data dispatch)

•    Monthly NE market touch base

•    OTC development meetings [Owner] (Identify SAP improvements, Monitor IT tickets) 
•    Contact person for dispatchers of customers and service providers 
•    Ensuring delivery service for Beam customers 

•    Processing invoices, complaints and credit notes 

•    EDI / DESADV / ESKER


o    Setup new customers
o    Responsibilities of adding or 
 changing customer in EDI
o    Alignment and collaboration
 with IT Consultant/OTC Support/EDICOM (external provider)
o    Maintain/Request Transportation Routes
 in SAP

Qualifications

•    Experience in a logistics, customer service or supply planning role with exposure to customers, distributers, key account managers and finance business partners, ideally within the Spirits or drinks industry.

•    Strong analytical skills

•    Able positively manage tension even in challenging situations 

•    Ownership solving supply constraints & interpret demand signals at an early stage

•    Focus on high financial and service level

•    Must be fluent in local language and good in English, any additional language is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written.

•    Experience in dealing with key account customers and service providers.

•    Candidate should have experience in supply chain management departments in the FMCG retail industry

•    Should work well and gladly with other people 

•    ERP systems knowledge
