**Job Title: Industrial Fitter and Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Fitter and Welder to join our team, specializing in the fabrication and welding of ASME pressure vessels, skids, and customer assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of blueprints and layout experience, along with expertise in MIG, TIG, and stick welding. **Responsibilities** + Fit and weld ASME pressure vessels, skids, and customer assemblies to specification. + Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision. + Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on stainless and carbon steel. + Collaborate with shop leads to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. + Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout builds. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of industrial fitting experience. + 1+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience. + 1 year of blueprint and layout experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in fabrication, blueprint interpretation, fitting, and welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and flux core. + Experience with structural steel. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, a steady day-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, paid holidays and vacation, health benefits, and 401K matching.
