What this job involvesWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitout Manager to join our team. As a Fitout Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that fit-out works are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and design standards, while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, contractors, and tenants.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution
• Manage end-to-end fit-out projects including planning, design coordination, execution, and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Review fit-out drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to track progress and resolve issues.
Quality & Compliance Management
• Ensure all fit-out works comply with statutory requirements, safety standards, and building codes.
• Maintain strict quality control and ensure workmanship meets defined standards.
• Identify risks and proactively address potential delays or quality concerns.
Cost Control & Documentation
• Track project costs, variations, and approvals to ensure financial discipline.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, approvals, permits, and completion reports.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management review.
Stakeholder & Tenant Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants during fit-out works.
• Provide guidance to tenants on fit-out guidelines, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Communication & Reporting
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, property management, and senior leadership on project status.
• Escalate critical issues in a timely manner with recommended solutions.
You will be reporting to the Community Manager / Property Manager.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project documentation.
• Ability to collate, track, and maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in fit-out, interior projects, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and execution standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
