Compensation: $26-$36 per hour.
Commitment: Part-time, contractor role (10-15 hours per week)

We’re reinventing our group fitness experience — and we’re looking for a creative and disciplined Fitness Programming Specialist to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
As our lead programmer, you will:
Design engaging, structured class plans across strength, cardio, HIIT, and kickboxing formatsCreate programming that aligns with our progressive 10-week transformation modelDevelop easy-to-follow guides and video breakdowns for coachesEnsure programming supports both member retention and marketing hooksIncorporate seasonal, social, and viral themes into classes to drive buzzCollaborate with the Director of Fitness and marketing team for seamless integrationKeep workouts scalable for all fitness levels — beginner to advancedYou’re a Fit If You…
✅ Are certified in group fitness (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)
✅ Have hands-on experience leading group classes
✅ Are fit, motivating, and camera-ready
✅ Know how to simplify programming for consistency across locations
✅ Can create with both member experience and business results in mind
✅ Are organized and reliable — deadlines matter
✅ Can bring energy to video tutorials and instructional walkthroughs
Nice to Have
