The Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing personalized, high-level wellness experiences to hotel guests by conducting individual and group classes for both children and adults within the Fitness Center. The role requires a strong commitment to service excellence, safety, professionalism, and luxury hospitality, while fostering an exclusive, motivating, and harmonious environment.

The Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing personalized, high-level wellness experiences to hotel guests by conducting individual and group classes for both children and adults within the Fitness Center. Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end fitness centers (preferred).

Conversational English proficiency (approximately 90%).

Excellent physical condition, endurance, and technical skills.

Current certifications relevant to Fitness Instruction.

Strong service orientation with a clear understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

Integrity, enthusiasm, adaptability, stress management, and a high sense of responsibility.

Solid knowledge of fitness training techniques, biomechanics, and human physiology.

Flexible schedule availability, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork orientation.
