What We Offer The Service Desk Attendant is responsible for operating and maintaining the Employee Fitness Center Service Desk, the hub of the fitness center. An integral role, the Service Desk Attendant communicates a wide variety of information and provides excellent customer service to Employee Fitness Center members. Duties include matching member needs with appropriate staff, scheduling appointments, processing POS transactions, maintaining high levels of member satisfaction, and actively monitoring Employee Fitness Center and members to ensure safety. Must have an interest or background in physical fitness and familiarity with gym environment, to include, the use of various gym equipment This position is on-site in Wilmington, NC.
