The Opportunity:

As the Fisher Investments Singapore (FIS) Service Desk Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of End User Support to provide in-depth desktop support to FIS and its employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex PC and network problems.

The Day-to-Day:

Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users efficiently and effectivelyPerform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of end-user software and hardwareEstablish network connectivity and hardware and software configurationSupport third-party software applicationsTrack, resolve, and escalate all incidents and requests in ServiceNowExecute physical end-user inter- and intra- office relocation servicesResponsible for software pushes and desktop imagingHelp develop and improve the Service Desk's efficiency and customer service ratingOrder equipment and services for employee business usageProvide a prompt response to user requests for information and assists in application system problem resolutionMay assist with translation services

Your Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in IT and Infrastructure and OperationsA+ CertificationExpertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworkDemonstrated success in decision-making and troubleshootingExcellent customer service skillsExemplary written and verbal communication skillsFluent in business EnglishA University degree, technical certifications, or combination of education and hands-on experience required
