Are you a highly motivated leader with a passion for customer satisfaction? We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our janitorial services. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring top-notch service delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a dedicated team.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday morning shift. Weekends when needed. What you'll do:Customer & Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues. You'll also be responsible for employee relations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Operational Management: Oversee all janitorial operations, ensuring work standards are met and services are delivered efficiently. This includes managing budgets, controlling expenses, and conducting regular site evaluations.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results. You'll be responsible for staff training, safety compliance, and maintaining employee records.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Experience: You should have 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in a related field.
Skills: A valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential. We're also looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who is passionate about both customer and employee satisfaction.
