We are looking for an innovative individual with a positive can-do attitude. In this role you’re leading the Haematology & Oncology sales team in Finland. You will be expected to provide strong matrix leadership and contribute to establishing a high-performance culture with the Hema/Onco management team. First Line Sales Leader reports to the Business Unit Head Oncology and works in close collaboration with colleagues in Market Access, Medical and Commercial. Responsibilities Lead the Haematology & Oncology sales team in Finland Translate strategy into action and align strategy with goal setting, execution and performance measurement. Track progress against sales plans, using clearly defined sales KPIs that prove the value returned to the business and delivery against customer needs. Cross functional collaboration to ensure continuous improvement of campaigns, support materials and driving Multi Channel Marketing execution are also in scope of this role. Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University degree (Bachelor or Master level) in relevant field (Science, Medical, Pharmaceutical or Economics) Solid experience from pharmaceutical sales especially within HCP environment and/or managing (hospital) accounts Selling excellence: interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to deliver an impactful call by using also different digital channels at daily work Scientific skills: ability to understand, capture and communicate complex scientific ideas in a simple way. Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate scientific and sales data Project management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects and expertise and demonstrated skills in account management Proven ability to work across boundaries with highly specialized external experts and senior internal stakeholders and willingness to be a strong member of a high-performance team Ability to form collaborative relationships and to lead without authority Professional communication skills in Finnish and English Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: People management: experience in leading people, driving performance and/or influencing without authority Experienced within Haematology or Oncology, ideally both Enjoy working in cross functional teams Exited to work in a global3 company with strong values and a local office with fantastic colleagues Passionate about doing your best for our people and business, making sure that GSK is a great place to work for all of us and something we are proud of.
