✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

As a First Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

\n\nSupervising the day-to-day running of a safe and efficient operation within clear guidelines.\nReporting and investigating workplace incidents, escalating issues where necessary.\nUnderstanding and driving team performance against clear Objectives & KPIs.\nLeading shift performance meetings to align priorities and ensure actions are followed through.\nSupporting the transport operation on site and collaborating directly with our customer.\nAttending regular customer calls to maintain strong relationships and service standards.\n\n

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

\n\nProven experience as a First Line Manager in a warehouse or logistics environment.\nTransport knowledge or experience – beneficial but not essential.\nCustomer-facing experience – essential for managing direct interactions and expectations.\nHealth & Safety awareness – with experience in a similar operational role.\nStrong communication skills – both written and verbal, to lead teams and engage stakeholders.\n\n
