✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nSafe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's\nReview and amend where appropriate daily plans\nCollate all feedback against plan in the daily operations log for use in plan/do/review calls\nDaily operations issue management and resolution for transport and with local warehouse\nResponsible for full and effective daily brief/debrief for DHL, agency and sub-contractor drivers\nResponsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards\nEnsuring all drivers are appropriately trained and familarised with both operations and equipment\nEnsuring and sampling pre-shift checks (yard checks) and the defect process\nAccident and breakdown management via DHL standard operating procedures\nTo schedule, prepare and conduct quarterly 1-2-1's with all direct reports in line with OMS guidelines\nManage disciplinary and grievance in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures\nTake the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers\nInnovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!\nEnsure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.\nTeam Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best\nAnalyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
