\n\nLead the Team: Supervise a team of warehouse operatives\nWork alongside planning team to make sure enough colleagues in to work in the operation\nMonitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.\nEnsuring you will have regular one to ones, deal with any queries, team absences, disciplanaries, etc \n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

\n\nHave strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing\nPrevious FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience \nPrevious Automation Experience would be desirable\n\n
