We're now looking for a Warehouse First line Manager who will play an integral role in the logistics operation.

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nManage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs (productivity, accuracy, cost, and service levels).\nMonitor workflow and allocate resources effectively.\nLead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.\nManage attendance, conduct, and capability issues in line with HR policies.\nEnsure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.\nPromote a safety-first culture within the team\nConduct regular self-audits to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain accurate records for compliance and audit readiness.\nLiaise with drivers and third-party providers to resolve issue and maintain service levels\nIdentify and implement process to enhance efficiency\nSupport change initiatives and new system implementations\nMaintain high level standards of service and help to resolve operational issues\n\n

\n\nPrevious experience in a supervisory or team leader role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.\nIT literacy (WMS, MS Office)\nCustomer Orientation\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nEnglish fluent\nLean Sigma green belt, Desirable\nTransport experience, Desirable\n\n
