✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nManaging a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards\nEnsure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place\nCommunicate objectives and KPI's to your team, ensuring all colleagues within your area fully understand expectations\nEnsure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established\nManagement of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customer & our own internal processes.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum 12 months warehouse operations experience\nExperience in team management\nIT literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nExcellent communicator - verbal and written\nAbility to manage change processes\nConflict resolution\n\n
