✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nEffective day to day ownership of the allocated shift within the Delphi Borgwarner operation\nConduct monthly 1-2-1's and performance reviews with your team\nCommunicate out timely reports of KPI's reporting completing handover reports at the end of each shift\nEnsure Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)\nAccountable for briefing and training the team with regard to any procedural or process changes and ensuring that the required level of checks and balances are in place\nCommunicate productivity, profitability targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected of them\nEnsure adequate safety monitoring processes are in place to promote safety first culture\nEnsure regular checks are carried out of all MHE, Safety equipment and WI care points\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious warehouse management experience (First Line Manager or above) is essential\nSupervisory skills - managing individual performance, absenteeism, conflict and development\nExcellent communications skills - Verbal and written\nExceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail\nA hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on and in the right way\nSystem knowledge would be beneficial (Blue Yonder), Microsoft packages\nSmart time knowledge/experience would be beneficial\nAbility to execute site plans efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\n
