Responsibilities:

Follows up and executes all the works assigned by the Executive Chef or his Deputy. Professional in preparing tasty food in hot section or Italian foods. Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work. Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie. Always keep the work area in hygienic condition according to the rules set by the hotel. Control food stock and food cost in your section. Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or other outlets. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques. Coordinate and participate with other sections on requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.

Requirements:

Diploma / Culinary School graduate. At least 2 years experience as Commis in a five-star resort. Speaks basic English. Positive attitude and pleasant personality. Knowledge of basic preparation, presentation, and preservation of food. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures. About the Company
