First Clearing Services – Client Billing Manager

The Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Independent Solutions team is seeking a First Clearing Services – Billing Manager (Business Execution Manager) to lead the billing process for the First Clearing line of business. 

In this role, you will:

Lead a team of billing consultants working with First Clearing client firmsFacilitate the month end close process and ensure accurate and prompt payment to First Clearing client firmsServe as the main contact for First Clearing client firms’ billing inquiriesFacilitate the billing activities for the First Clearing pricing contracts and fee schedulesEngage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiativesCoordinate system updates and related communication to internal partners and introducing firmsMaintain current reference materials and proceduresManage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of businessIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control developmentMake decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectivesCollaborate and consult with cross functional business partnersInteract directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in Brokerage Operations or billing operationsAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsProven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally

Job Expectations:
