The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. **Responsibilities:** + Leverage understanding of L2/L3 layers (IMS, NAS, RRC, RLC, PDCP, MAC) to create robust and efficient solutions. + Utilize your knowledge of IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 3GPP specifications to ensure our features meet the highest standards. + Work closely with internal software teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery. + Translate mobile wireless requirements and carrier specifications into innovative and high-performing features. + Own the debugging and bug fixing process, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
