We are looking for Firmware Architect.

You’ll make an impact by:

Owning the design and development of embedded firmware for various products, ensuring high performance and reliability. Implementing firmware solutions for embedded Linux and microcontroller-based systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to define system requirements and specifications. Conducting code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers. Developing and maintaining firmware development processes, standards, and best practices. Troubleshooting and resolving complex firmware issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, utilizing compliance tools optimally.

You’ll win us over by:

Having bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field with experience of 15 to 20 years in embedded firmware development, technical leadership. Possessing extensive experience with embedded Linux and microcontroller-based systems. Having proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. Holding strong understanding of hardware-software integration and real-time operating systems (RTOS) and experience with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN). Exhibiting excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Having strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work optimally in a team environment. Owning experience in leading multiple teams throughout your career. Having knowledge of compliance tools and practices in embedded systems. Possessing experience with wireless communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi). Commanding experience working with cloud and Edge IoT systems like AWS, Azure Cloud, GCP etc.
