**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

We are seeking a strategic, forward‑thinking professional to drive excellence across complex initiatives and support the evolution of our firm's processes, governance, and strategic priorities. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence across multiple areas, and deep expertise in both Agile and traditional project methodologies. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, facilitating decision‑making among senior leaders, and shaping solutions that deliver meaningful business impact.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to support firmwide priorities and long‑term objectives
+ Facilitate decision‑making processes involving senior leaders across business segments, divisions, and functional areas
+ Support the development of business cases, strategic recommendations, and execution plans
+ Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, and drive positive outcomes
+ Apply systems thinking to evaluate organizational impacts and ensure integration across workstreams
+ Support change adoption by championing new processes, tools, and operating models
+ Build collaborative relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels
+ Strengthen organizational capability through effective communication and partnership
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. **Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
+ 6-10 years' experience working in a strategic planning, business case development role
+ Experience working with senior‑leaders in their decision-making process
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
+ Series 7 preferred
Knowledge requirements for this role include:
+ Deep understanding of firm processes, governance, and strategic imperatives
+ Deep understanding of Execution Excellence Best Practices, including both Agile (Lean Portfolio Management) and waterfall project-based methodologies
+ High level understanding of digital products and execution
+ Deep understanding of the firm's governance ecosystem
+ Strong business and firm acumen - can understand how business decisions impact multiple functions
