What you’ll be doing:
Lead and manage fire service engineers and support staff Schedule and oversee routine and emergency service visits Handle customer callouts, false alarms, and technical escalations Approve timesheets, manage attendance, and audit engineers’ work Prepare quotations and pricing for fire and safety systems Maintain and update service agreements, stock, and technical documentation Be hands-on onsite when required, supporting engineers and resolving issues Ensure compliance with British Standards and industry regulations   
About you:
Experienced managing teams in fire, security, or technical services Strong customer-facing and communication skills Proactive, organised, and able to balance hands-on work with management responsibilities Comfortable handling budgets, scheduling, and reporting Flexible and willing to be part of out-of-hours support/rotas
