A Leadership Role in a High-Growth Division Step into a pivotal Approved Person role within JLL's rapidly scaling fire door division. This is a senior position that blends deep technical expertise with team leadership, offering a clear and accelerated progression path to Area Manager as we expand our national footprint.

Your Leadership Impact As an Approved Person, you will be the cornerstone of our technical excellence, quality assuring complex projects and mentoring our growing team of technicians. You will have a direct influence on service quality, client satisfaction, and the development of our team in a division experiencing exceptional growth.

An Executive-Level Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, commensurate with the senior responsibilities of this leadership role.Company Van: Available for business and personal use.Leadership Toolkit: Laptop, mobile phone, and all specialist equipment provided.Fully-Funded Certification: We will fund your BM TRADA or equivalent AP certification.Excellent Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and a comprehensive pension and health scheme.

Who We're Seeking An experienced, trade-qualified professional ready for a leadership challenge. You may be an existing AP, a Senior Fire Door Technician, or a Site Supervisor looking for the next step. Your ability to lead, mentor, and uphold the highest technical standards is more important than specific qualifications. We will provide full AP certification to the right candidate.
