My Role:
Provides technical assistance and cost-effective solutions in fire prevention and protection, as well as emergency response planning for security and plant engineering personnel assigned to the site.Coordinates the support of companies that provide industrial risk prevention services.Collaborates with the Risk Management area during the renewal processes of the property insurance program.Defines, communicates, and implements loss prevention specifications and requirements for existing, new, leased, and acquired locations.Supports the Global Security Director in maintaining the corporate fire protection and life safety policy.Develops and implements training programs for plant personnel on fire protection systems, their maintenance and testing, risk management procedures, etc.My background:
Bachelor's DegreeAdvanced level of EnglishExperience with systems/installations for industrial risk prevention/protection and life safety for building occupantsExtensive knowledge of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), FM (Factory Mutual), and local loss prevention standards and codesExperience working with industrial risk prevention consulting companies (e.g., AXA XL, FM, GRC, etc.)Availability to travelSkill in managing construction projects, electromechanical installations, and alarm systems.WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
